Trusted advisor in digital transformation.
Successful strategic digital transformations rely on blending in people and technology together. Therefore, social understanding is as important as technology or automation.
My most meaningful experience in strategic transformation has been along Pharma's digital transformation to meet XXI century compliance standards. Along with TraceLink, we have played a major role introducing digital transformation in the serialization landscape in Pharma across Europe.
I am most proud of collaborating closely with the Consultancy Specialist Group (SG) within the British Computer Society since 2016, first as committee member, then as secretary and inclusion officer and now as a chair.
Ethics and professional standards
Leadership requires technical and business skills to inspire trust and relationship skills to build bridges and networks. However, for me, leadership requires being compassionate and a fundamental social and human skill. One primary driver on any leader should be how much do we bring back to society. Antonio has a strong commitment with the professionalism within consultancy in IT and he chairs the Consulting Specialist Group within the British Computer Society. Antonio advocates inclusion, diversity, and healthy company culture. He collaborates in inclusion and diversity initiatives within his organisation and as Inclusion Officer in the British Computer Society.

Leadership and management
Since 2001, Antonio has worn many hats, such as Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Developer, Tech Lead, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Solution Architect. Antonio is highly skilled at technical level, where he can write code or act as scrum master, but his main strengths are in people and relationships.
